Celebration of Life 71

Today is Independence Day and we went to Shawnee Lake to watch fireworks. This is the amazing sunset prior to the display. There were so many cars and people, yet we found a rather quiet spot to sit and watch the marvelous sparkles light the air.

House for Sale 70

We found this house for sale and we all liked it. It's a really old house that has walls over a foot thick. No A/C, not even a kitchen to speak of, but it's a great house nonetheless. Whether we actually go after it is something else entirely, but it's pretty neat.

There are times I'm completely amazed by the video camera we bought a while back. I was across the table when this pictire was taken of a sweat bee (or so I've been told is what it is called).

She was being awfully quiet, so where did I find her? You know those blue tubs you can find at stores that are about 2.5 feet in diameter and about 2.5 or so feet tall? We'd put a green bean bag in the bottom which pretty much filled the tub, and she decided to grab her blanket and pillow and make a bed out of it.
